Our history

We shape our buildings;
thereafter they shape us.

— Winston Churchill

The history of Tubsteel construction group began in 1995 with the establishment of Tubis & Shpringman by Mark Tubis and Boris Shpringman.

In its early years, the company operated on relatively small-scale projects. From the outset, however, it was built on principles that remain fundamental today: responsibility to the client, a disciplined approach to quality, and a professional commitment to every project.

This approach enabled the company to quickly establish a strong reputation within the Israeli construction market.

Over time, project volumes increased, complexity grew, and the company expanded its network of partners and clients. Within a few years, Tubsteel began collaborating with leading construction companies and major developers across the country.

Today, Tubsteel is a construction group with extensive experience, a stable professional reputation, and participation in significant projects of varying scale. Despite its growth, the company continues to operate based on the same core principles: quality, reliability, responsibility, and respect for every client.

Mark Tubis

Every project entrusted to Tubsteel is a responsibility not only for quality, but also for the reputation of our clients. For more than three decades, this steel principle has been at the core of every decision we make — to bring what we start to completion and to be a guarantee that the project will be completed.

Founders and Team

Mark Tubis remains a central figure in the company and continues to be actively involved in its operations. He immigrated to Israel in 1990 from the Soviet Union, bringing with him substantial professional experience and industry recognition.

Prior to this, he managed complex construction projects in Moscow, including the International Exhibition Complex and the World Trade Center on Krasnaya Presnya, among other major engineering and construction developments.

This background became a strong foundation for the company’s activities in Israel. Mark Tubis’s practical approach, deep understanding of construction processes, and professional authority have significantly shaped the company’s operational standards and overall direction. His ability to make precise decisions in complex situations remains a defining element of the company’s culture.

A key strength of Tubsteel is continuity. Knowledge, professional standards, and experience have been systematically transferred to the team, forming a strong internal professional culture where responsibility and quality are embedded in everyday work.

Today, Tubsteel’s team consists of specialists with practical experience in residential, office, commercial, and public sector projects. Project managers, engineers, site managers, and execution teams operate in a coordinated and disciplined manner, recognizing that every project represents not only a construction task, but also a responsibility to maintain client trust.
